The Hack-Ma-Tack Inn is a fine dining restaurant located on the Cheboygan River right at the mouth of beautiful Mullett Lake. It is nestled between towering trees and greenery, with picturesque windows looking out at raccoons, squirrels, and birds.

Named after the Native American word for Tamarack… “Hack-Ma-Tack”. The restaurant, built in 1894, is mostly built with strong tamarack logs. Beginning as a hunting and fishing lodge, the Hack-Ma-Tack has a rich and interesting history.

The atmosphere of the restaurant has a rustic elegance with a uniqueness that one has to experience for themselves. Specialties include slow roasted prime-rib, fresh whitefish, South African lobster, and an extensive wine list.
